Discreet Investigations ("we", "our", "us") operates https://discreetinvestigations.ca and provides licensed private investigation services under the Ontario Private Security and Investigative Services Act. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

• Case details shared during consultations — handled under strict confidentiality and attorney-client privilege where applicable.
• Analytics data via Google Analytics (anonymised traffic patterns; IP addresses are not stored long-term).

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and schedule consultations.
• To conduct authorised investigations within the scope of our engagement agreements.
• To comply with Ontario PSISA reporting requirements and court orders.

Information sharing

Data retention

Form submissions are stored for up to 2 years. Case files are retained per PSISA requirements and our engagement agreement with you.
